  • For all returns customer must present the original receipt (physical or digital).

  • 14 days return policy on Cellphones, tablets, smartwatches, laptops, or video game consoles:

    •  If returned with no reason (e.g., “I don’t want it anymore”), a restocking fee of 10% of the original cost will be applied.

    •  21 days runts policy If the device has a software  malfunction.

    • The original receipt (physical or digital) is required.

  •  21 days returns policy in Accessories:

    • Must be returned in original packaging, undamaged.

1.Products

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If a product you purchased is defective or damaged upon arrival, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Non-Defective Items: Due to the nature of electronics and gadgets, we cannot accept returns on products that are working correctly and were not damaged during shipping.​​​
