At Jersey Quik Fix , we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We do not share your personal information or database with any third parties.​

We respect your privacy. Jersey Quik Fix does not share, sell, or disclose any personal information with third parties.

 

  • Our technicians do not access or review personal information (such as photos, contacts, messages, or accounts) stored on your device during repair. We are not responsible for missing data or files on devices before, during, or after service. Customers are encouraged to back up data prior to repair.

  • Customer information: names, emails, and phone numbers provided by customers at the time of payment. This information is securely stored in our Clover system and is used solely for contacting you regarding updates on your device repairs.

  • You may occasionally receive promotions or discount coupons for special holidays.

   •    All information you share with us is kept strictly private and confidential.​

⚙️ Warranty Policy

  • Repairs performed by Jersey Quik Fix come with a 21-day warranty on the parts replaced or repaired.

   •    Warranty excludes:

  •  Devices with scratches, bumps, cracks, or any signs of physical damage after repair.

   •    Internal or external damage not related to the original repair.
   •    Water or liquid damage of any kind.


   •    To claim warranty:

  • Customer must present the original receipt (physical or digital).

  • Customer must notify Jersey Quik Fix immediately after noticing the issue.

♻️ Recycling Terms

  • Any cellphone or electronic device left for repair and not picked up within 30 days from the date it is marked as “ready” will be considered abandoned.

  • After this period, the device will be sent for recycling or disposal.

  • Customers will receive a notification one (1) week prior to recycling via phone call, text message, or mail (based on the contact information provided at check-in).

  • Jersey Quik Fix is not responsible for devices left beyond the 30-day period once recycled.
