   •    Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
   •    If additional time is required (for custom orders), we will notify you.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery
   •    We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
   •    Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
   •    Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

3. Shipping Costs

  •  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Free standard shipping may be offered on select promotions or minimum order amounts.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text so you can follow your package until delivery.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
   •    We carefully package all items to ensure safe delivery.

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Claims for lost or damaged items will be filed with the carrier, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
   •    Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

  • Jersey Quik Fix is not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Reshipping costs for returned or undeliverable packages will be the customer’s responsibility.

7. In-Store Pickup (Optional)
   •    Local customers may choose Free In-Store Pickup at Jersey Quik Fix.
   •    You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
