Welcome to Jersey Quik Fix. By using our services or purchasing products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

1. General
   •    Jersey Quik Fix provides repair, maintenance, and sales of cellphones and smart electronic devices.
   •    By placing an order, submitting a device for repair, or using our services, you accept these terms.
   •    We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payments
   •    All orders are subject to product availability.
   •    Payment must be received before any repair or shipment is processed.
   •    Prices are subject to change without notice, but any order already placed will be honored at the time of purchase.

3. Repair Services
   •    Devices submitted for repair are tested and diagnosed before work begins.
   •    Repair warranties are 21 days from the date of pickup or delivery, covering issues directly related to the repair.
   •    Warranty does not cover physical damage ( scratches, bumps, cracks, or any signs of physical damage after repair.), water damage, or misuse after repair. 
   •    Internal or external damage not related to the original repair.
   •    Water or liquid damage of any kind.
   •    Customers are responsible for backing up data. Jersey Quik Fix is not liable for data loss during repair.

4. Shipping & Delivery
   •    Shipping is conducted via trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx).
   •    Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
   •    Jersey Quik Fix is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
   •    Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Reshipping costs for incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Returns & Refunds
   •    Defective or damaged products must be reported within 7 days of receipt for replacement or refund.
   •    Non-defective products cannot be returned.
   •    Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

6. Recycling & Unclaimed Devices
   •    Devices left for repair and not picked up within 30 days of notification will be sent to recycling.
   •    Customers will be notified one week prior via phone, text, or email.

7. Limitation of Liability
   •    Jersey Quik Fix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
   •    We are not responsible for lost data or content on devices submitted for repair.
   •    Liability for defective products is limited to repair, replacement, or refund.

8. Privacy
   •    We respect your privacy. Personal information collected is used only for order processing, repair services, and communication.
   •    We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.

9. Governing Law
   •    These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Jersey Quik Fix operates.
   •    Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate local jurisdiction.
